AskFirst, formerly known as Ask NHS, is a valuable platform that offers enhanced access to health and care advice in collaboration with the NHS. Through AskFirst, you can confidentially discuss your symptoms with Sensely's virtual health assistant. With your permission, Sensely may also collect health data from HealthKit to provide personalized assessments and advice.

If necessary, Olivia, the virtual assistant, can arrange for a healthcare professional to call you back and further discuss your symptoms. Additionally, you can utilize AskFirst to search for healthcare advice, schedule GP appointments, and find the opening times and locations of local healthcare services. This service is available to all NHS patients aged 16 and above. Parents or guardians also have the ability to create accounts on behalf of patients under 16 years old.

Please bear in mind that for immediate life-threatening emergencies, it is crucial to call 999.

AskFirst is a valuable resource for the following situations:
